Welcome to Tuscan Moose Manor Bed and Breakfast.

Tuscan Moose Manor B&B is a stunning property sitting on 16 gorgeous acres and boasts unbelievable views! Each guest room includes a private, ensuite bathroom, a jet-action tub, fireplace, and balcony. This is the only bed and breakfast in Spokane who is not required to be located in a historical district.

This is a more modern home, and we are allowed to offer modern conveniences guests enjoy, such as jacuzzi tubs and in-room gas fireplaces. The Tuscan Moose Manor Bed and Breakfast is a 6,000 square foot home which highlights 5 fireplaces, 6 bedrooms, and 6 bathrooms. The basement is partially completed and allows for future expansion and accommodations.

The property itself is easily accessible with a paved driveway. It is located off a main road leading to Mt. Spokane Ski and Snow Park. The Manor is only 15 minutes to the Ski area, a 5 minute drive to the Centennial biking/walking Trail which follows the Spokane River, and only 3 minutes to Antoine Peak State Park which has an abundance of hiking and horse trails. The Manor is only 8 minutes from Spokane Valley Mall, restaurants, and Interstate 90.

The property features various flowering trees, stunning views, a forested area, a year-round active spring, and an array of wild life. We have been fortunate to coexist with Deer, Elk, Moose, Turkey, Owls, Hawks, and Eagles who have called this place home. This has been our little piece of paradise.

Traveling West on I-90 crossing into Washington

Traveling West on I-90 after passing Liberty Lake, begin looking for the Sullivan Road Exit, (Exit 291B). Take the Indiana Ave/Sullivan Road Northbound Ramp. Turn Left onto E. Indiana Ave. Immediately turn Right onto Sullivan Road. You will pass Trent Ave and then come to a 4-way stop. This is Wellesley Ave--Turn Left on Wellesley. Immediately, turn Right on Progress Road. You will pass by East Valley Middle School. Turn Right on Forker Road. Travel 3.2 miles and follow as the road curves back and forth. You will pass Moffat Road. The next street is Piper Road and is only on your left hand side. Turn Left on Piper. Tuscan Moose Manor is the first home on your left. Welcome!

Traveling East on I-90 from the Spokane Airport

Traveling East on I-90 after passing by downtown Spokane, heading to Spokane Valley. Take the Sullivan Road Exit, (Exit 291B). You will head North (Left) on Sullivan Road. This will take you over the highway and past Spokane Valley Mall. Continue on Sullivan Road. You will pass Trent Ave and then come to a 4-way stop. This is Wellesley Ave--Turn Left on Wellesley. Traveling South on US-395 passing by Deer Park.

Traveling South on US-395 going through Deer Park. Turn Left onto W. Denison-Chattaroy Rd (4.1 miles).Turn Right onto US-2W (8.2 miles).Turn Left onto East Mt. Spokane Park Drive/Wa-206 (pass through 1 round-about) (6.9 miles).Turn Right onto Forker Rd. (4.5 miles)Turn Right onto East Piper Rd. (keep a lookout; it is right over a hill) If you see Moffat Road, you have gone too far. Tuscan Moose Manor is the first home on your left. Welcome!

Traveling South on US-2

Traveling on US-2 toward Spokane.  Turn Left onto East Mt. Spokane Park Drive/WA-206. You will pass through one round-about (6.9 miles). Turn Right onto North Forker Rd. (4.5 miles). Turn Right onto East Piper Rd. (keep a lookout; it is right over a hill). If you see Moffat Road, you have gone too far.            Tuscan Moose Manor is the first house on the left. Welcome!

If you are already in North Spokane and have made it to where US-395, US-2, and  Division Street intersect.

Travel South on Division until you reach Francis Ave. Turn Left (East) on Francis. You will pass by Hamilton and Market. Continue to stay on Francis and it will turn into Bigalow Gulch Road. Continue to Stay on Bigalow Gulch.  You will pass by a Fire Station and will pass Argonne Road where there is a Tree Farm on your right. Continue to stay on Bigalow Gulch until the street dead ends. You will now take a Left (North) onto Forker Road.  Travel approximately 2.5 miles and follow as the road curves back and forth. You will pass Moffat Road. The next street is Piper Road and is only on your Left hand side. Turn Left on Piper. Tuscan Moose Manor is the first home on your left.  Welcome Home!!
