Almondy Inn Bed and Breakfast Newport Rhode Island
A Victorian Bed & Breakfast Inn located in the gas-lit Historic Hill district of legendary Newport, Rhode Island. The Almondy features a convenient downtown and bay view location, just steps from famed Bannister’s Wharf. This elegant 1890’s home has been restored to its original glory and is located within walking distance of many fine restaurants, popular night clubs, antique shops, galleries, boutiques and near the various famous Newport Mansions and island beaches.
Five elegant guestrooms and a NEW 3rd floor, 1400 sq. ft., two-bedroom suite. All are uniquely decorated with fine period antiques and feature King or Queen beds, private bathrooms with Jacuzzi bath, most with spectacular bay views and some with a bedside fireplace.. All accommodations feature cable TV, DVD, Telephone, Free high-speed WiFi, Central air-
conditioning, private bathrooms with luxury bath amenities and bathrobes, hairdryer, iron & ironing board.
Gourmet Breakfast served Friday – Sunday. Continental breakfast mid-week in our dining room – served between 8:30 - 10:00 am.

Plantation Room: Oversized bay view windows dominate this Plantation King bedded room with a feeling of true island living. Private bathroom with Jacuzzi.
Blue Bay Room: A romantic hide-away in itself. A canopied Four-poster Queen bed and bedside fireplace create the right atmosphere for a romantic Newport getaway. This spacious room with bay windows offers views of the Bay and Newport Bridge. Private bathroom with
2-person Jacuzzi.
Lanai Suite: One-Bedroom Suite featuring private 2nd floor balcony with views of Newport Bay. Four-poster King bed – separate living room with comfortable queen pull out air-mattress sofa bed. Private bathroom with Jacuzzi. Additional charges apply for 3rd & 4th Persons.
Burgundy Suite: Our ground floor One-bedroom Suite is our largest unit, featuring a separate living room with a Queen pull-out sofa bed, writing desk and antique Armoire. A spacious bedroom with Four-poster King Bed and bedside fireplace sets the perfect mood for luxury and comfort. Retreat to your private bay-window seat with views of Newport Bay. Captain’s Quarters: Our newest addition located on the 3rd floor of Almondy Inn is a two bedroom, one bath 1400 sq. ft. suite. Two high ceiling living spaces with one queen pull - out sleeper sofa, fully appointed kitchen. Views of Narragansett Bay from your private balcony and master bedroom, including partial views of the Newport Bridge. Suite sleeps total six persons; price is based on occupancy of four.
