A Butler's Manor breakfast is a culinary treat. Whether your idea of a perfect day is shopping in our quaint villages, a trip to the beach, or a relaxing float in our swimming pool. Begin with early-bird coffee: Freshly-brewed gourmet coffee and a full assortment of teas are available outside your door each morning so you can enjoy a cup first thing in the morning.

Every room at our Southampton bed and breakfast is designed to enhance the charm of this beautifully maintained historic 1860 Colonial house. Our five guest rooms are named and decorated for five of the estates Chris managed during his twenty year career in private service. Each guest room features a private en suite bathroom and is comfortably and tastefully furnished to include many amenities found in five-star hotels, but with individuality and warmth that a hotel cannot match.
