Maple Hill Farm, where families stay in the New London – Lake Sunapee Area. Ten comfortable guestrooms and several common rooms for relaxing, warm crackling fires, books, games, a TV room and a 6-person hot-tub/spa on the deck. Our guestrooms sleep from 2 – 3 guests. Six rooms have private baths and four are shared.
Fully furnished with central air-conditioning, the home has three bedrooms with balconies facing the lake, and features 3 ½ baths, a great room with fireplace and wet bar, satellite TV, high speed wireless Internet, screened porch and large lakefront deck.
Enjoy the hot springs spa, and walk out to lake on the dock. There are laundry facilities in the basement.

All rooms are air conditioned, equipped with showers that gush endless hot water, feature period furnishings, many dating from the early 1800’s, and offer all of the creature comforts of home. We are a year-round Bed and Breakfast Country Inn located in the heart of the Sunapee Area of New Hampshire only 2 hours north of Boston.

We are open all year so you can enjoy all of the activities here at the Inn, Lakefront House and in the Sunapee area.
We’re easy to find, just one block east of Exit 12 off I-89 outside the beautiful town of New London, NH and only a mile away from Lake Sunapee.
From Massachusetts or Rhode Island drive North on I93 to I89. Take Exit 12 to New London. We are one block East.
From Connecticut, New York, and New Jersey, drive North on I91 to Exit 8 (Ascutney, VT), then East to Claremont, NH and take Routes 11/103 to New London. We are one block East from the I89 overpass.
