The Sea Breeze Inn of Hyannis MA (Cape Cod)

Located by the beach and Hyannisport Harbor on Cape Cod. The Inns garden features a large gazebo. A widows walk with tables, chairs and a beautiful view of Nantucket Sound is located on the Inns roof. Each of the Inns fourteen rooms are air-conditioned and individually decorated with some antique and canopy beds, televisions, radios, in-room phones, and private bathrooms. Bring your laptop and use our high speed wireless network to stay connected with your family and friends, check the latest headlines, or just surf the web. For your convenience, we have also set up a guest computer in the sitting area which can be used free of charge.

From New York City, Connecticut, New Jersey, and Rhode Island
1. Sea Breeze Inn is reached from New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Rhode Island via I-95 N
(CAUTION: stay to the right after EXIT 46 and EXIT 75 in CT) to I-195 E in Providence - EXIT 19.
2. Follow Route I-195 E to EXIT 22A, Route 25 (There is a sign for Cape Cod).
3. Take 25 East 9 miles towards Bourne Bridge - EXIT 3 (CAUTION: Do Not go over the bridge).
4. At Bourne Rotary/Bourne Rotary Cir S, take the third exit onto US-6 E/MA-28 S.
5. Follow this road about 3 miles to first traffic light and take a right onto Route US-6 E over Sagamore Bridge.
6. Take Route 6 E to EXIT 6, which is the Hyannis exit. Go to the right, Route 132 South.
7. At the 4th traffic light make a right onto Bearse's Way to fork in the road - go straight until you come to Main Street (one way street).
8. Make a right onto Main Street, take a left at the 1st traffic light which is Sea Street.
9. The Sea Breeze Inn is located about a mile on the right: 270 Ocean Ave.

From Boston
1. Take I-93 South.
2. Take EXIT 7 on the left toward Cape Cod.
3. Merge onto MA-3 South.
4. Go over Sagamore bridge and you are on Route 6 E.
5.. Take Route 6 E to EXIT 6, which is the Hyannis exit. Go to the right, Route 132 South.
6. At the 4th traffic light make a right onto Bearse's Way to fork in the road - go straight until you come to Main Street (one way street).
7. Make a right onto Main Street, take a left at the 1st traffic light which is Sea Street.
8. The Sea Breeze Inn is located about a mile on the right: 270 Ocean Ave.

From Up State New York and the Mass. Pike
1. Take I-495 South.
2. This will turn into Route 25.
3. Continue on Route 25 East 9 miles towards Bourne Bridge - EXIT 3 (CAUTION: Do Not go over the bridge).
4. At Bourne Rotary/Bourne Rotary Cir S, take the third exit onto US-6 E/MA-28 S.
5. Follow this road about 3 miles to first traffic light and take a right onto Route US-6 E over Sagamore Bridge.
