1802 House Bed and Breakfast Inn is only a short walk to Dock Square’s shops, restaurants, and galleries.
We are proud to offer elegant accommodations at affordable prices. Six beautiful guest rooms offer true comfort and modern amenities such as flat-screen TVs, audio docking stations, complimentary Wi-Fi, premium bedding, plush robes, deluxe toiletries and much more. A freshly prepared three-course gourmet breakfast made with local and organic ingredients is included each morning of your stay. Inn-baked cookies, hot and cold beverages and other treats are available each afternoon.
Breakfast begins with assorted fruit juices, followed by a homemade muffin or delicious bread and a seasonal fresh fruit course. Finally, you will be treated to the main entrée, which may include traditional fare such as Eggs Benedict or a plate of Maine Wild Blueberry pancakes with Maine maple syrup. Other guest favorites include Baked Blueberry Oatmeal with a maple cream or Cheese and Eggs Florentine Frittata with sauteed mushrooms. Entrees will be accompanied by a protein such as bacon or sausage. We are happy to accommodate our guests’ special dietary requirements including vegetarian, dairy free, diabetic and gluten free.
Please provide us with a 48-hour notice of any special needs, so we will be able to meet your specific dietary requirements.

From Maine Turnpike (I-95) Take “Old” Exit 3 / “New” Exit 25 (The Kennebunks). Take Route 35 South (left) towards Kennebunk/Kennebunkport.
Stay on Route 35 through Kennebunk, where Route 35 turns left followed by a quick right.
Continue on Route 35 south until you reach the traffic light at the intersection of Routes 35 and 9 (with a Sunoco station on your left).
Turn left onto route 9 and proceed over the bridge, through the town of Kennebunkport until you come to a STOP sign at the intersection of Maine Street. Take your left onto Maine Street which will turn into North Street.
Continue past the public parking lot and fire station. Our “1802 House” sign is on the corner of Locke and North Streets on the left. Turn left onto Locke Street and proceed 200 yards to 1802 House Bed and Breakfast Inn on the right. We have ample parking on site. Enter through the main door on the side of the house.
