Holcomb House is a California Craftsman bungalow built at the turn of the century located within walking distance of historic downtown Healdsburg. Filled with furnishings that reflect the owners love of antiques, Holcomb House is tastefully accented with a quilt collection and other collectables that reflect the genre of the house. Holcomb House offers the uniqueness of being small, private and perfect for couples traveling together. During your stay, you will have access to the living and dining area where a wood-burning stove warms the house during cold weather. You have the option of two rooms. Room No. 1, furnished with a beautiful queen-size brass bed, has its own bath. Room No. 2 has a queen-size captains bed and private bath. Both rooms have TVs and VCRs. In the morning complimentry self-serve coffee and tea is provided. Holcomb House is a smoke-free environment Historic downtown Healdsburg Plaza offers an abundance of activity and is surrounded by specialty shops, coffee houses and restaurants. Other local activities include swimming at Veterans Memorial Beach, golfing at the local golf course, and, ten miles northwest of town, Lake Sonoma. Also within the vicinity of Healdsburg are over 100 wineries. The Pacific Ocean is just 40 minutes away.
